It's best to reach out as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change orders. Once the order ships, we can’t recall or cancel orders. We can only cancel or change orders that have not yet been processed.
We are confident you will love your American Crew products! So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.
We will not cover the cost for return shipping.
Steps to Returning a Product:
1. Email us at email@example.com with a subject line "Return Order #XXXXX", and a brief description of why you wish to return the product. We will reply back with further instruction.
