Ground

Most orders shipped via Ground Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.

• FREE on all $45+ orders
• Most Ground orders are delivered within 2-5 business days from the order's ship date
• Orders destined for Alaska and Hawaii are delivered within 3-7 business days

2nd Day

2nd Day orders placed by 1PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2nd Day orders placed after 1PM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

• Orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2 business days from the order's ship date
• Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for 2nd Day shipments
• Products with alcohol content is not eligible for this shipping method.

Overnight

Overnight orders placed by 1PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Next day orders placed after 1PM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service team at contact@americancrew.com.

It's best to reach out as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change orders. Once the order ships, we can’t recall or cancel orders. We can only cancel or change orders that have not yet been processed.

How do I return or exchange my order?

We are confident you will love your American Crew products! So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

We will not cover the cost for return shipping.

Steps to Returning a Product:

1. Email us at contact@americancrew.com with a subject line "Return Order #XXXXX", and a brief description of why you wish to return the product. We will reply back with further instruction.

2. When sending your product back, please include a copy of your order confirmation email or your order number with your return. Returns can be sent to the following address:
