Expired pomade cream

"This product has a bad smell. And I didn't mean that it has a fragrance that I don't care for. No. It smells like it's rancid or rotten. The hold and shine are perfect for my hair, but something has to be done about the smell. Please American Crew do something to fix this product. It works great, but the smell makes it unusable."

Great product!

"So glad I bought this. Previously I was using the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo and my scalp started to itch like crazy. Little did I know it contained SLS as the main ingredient as well as silicone. This American Crew shampoo has no SLS and no silicone. The difference after just 3 washes has been night and day. My scalp is no longer irritated and feels quite nice after each use. This is my new go to and as far as I can tell they it out of the park with the new formula! I hope this is here to stay."

It has a nice smell

"It has a nice smell and consistency, but I don't like the way it dries. Especially for the price! Also a little upset about a few other things. For one, the free-gift smaller portion of the regular pomade was bad / old. I sent a picture and complained, and American Crew was quick to try to make it right by sending a replacement. The replacement was also bad / old. Next, the shipping for these products takes too long."

"Used to love this shampoo---this bottle was old---did not have seal on it Shampoo was ""cloudy"" looking as opposed to clear and clean Used it once anyway to give it a chance but no good so threw it away Didn't expect to get old product straight from manufacturer but know better now & will not order anything more"
